Molly Raphael, member, Novitas Solutions and GuideWell Source 

Molly Raphael is a member of GuideWell Source’s and Novitas’ Boards of Directors. She is a self-employed business consultant in health care policy and strategic planning and the previous deputy secretary for Quality Assurance at the Pennsylvania Department of Health. She has had a distinguished career as a consultant and professional in the health care policy/strategic planning area and in the nursing community, as well as a long, outstanding relationship with Novitas, serving on its board since 2006. She has extensive experience in developing affordable health insurance products for small businesses in Pennsylvania, grant submissions and providing assistance to nursing organizations in event management, strategic planning and policy development. She earned a bachelor’s degree in science and nursing from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s in nursing and administration from the University of Pennsylvania.
