Stan Soloway, member, Novitas Solutions and GuideWell Source; chairperson for First Coast  

Stan Soloway is a member on the Novitas’ Boards of Directors. He is also the chair of the First Coast Board of Directors as well as a member on GuideWell Source’s. He is the founder and current president and CEO of Celero Strategies, LLC, which is a full-service strategic consultancy focused on the federal market. He also serves on the Defense Business Board. Prior to founding Celero Strategies, Stan served for 15 years as president and CEO of the Professional Services Council and was Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition Reform and Director of Defense Reform.

Stan has a passion for public policy and public service and has received many prestigious recognitions, including induction in the Greater Washington Government Contractor Hall of Fame, he was named one of the 100 most influential business leaders in Washington by the Washington Business Journal and one of the 100 most influential figures in national defense by the Defense News and Gannett. Additionally, he is a three-time winner of the Federal 100 Award for his leadership in federal information technology.

Stan received the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service and has been a senate-confirmed member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation for National and Community Service. He is a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration and the National Contract Management Association. He has also been a contributing author for books published by Cambridge University, Harvard Law School Center for the Business of Government.
